How many members of a tag set [TagCache.invalidate()](https://imqueue.org/api/tag-cache/latest/tag-cache.tagcache.invalidate/) reads and deletes per round trip. A `COUNT` hint to `SSCAN`, so a batch may come back somewhat larger or smaller.
